Comprehensive Dental Treatment Plans

At Cityview Dental, a new patient is treated with the utmost attention to detail.  We pride ourselves in your first visit with us.

If you have no emergent conditions, such as severe toothaches, or another chief complaint we would typically schedule you for a COE (Comprehensive Oral Exam) with one of our dentists.

A comprehensive oral exam is an extensive evaluation and recording of all extra oral, intra oral, soft and hard tissues.  The dentist will often take a complete set of dental x-rays and photographs of your teeth, and then evaluate all your records and data collected.

The dentist will then explain in detail what we feel is necessary to take care of your teeth.  You will leave this exam with a much better understanding of the status of your oral health, and will have a good idea of what the process will be to restore your dental health.  Often the dentist will supply you with a print-out of your treatment plan, with information of procedures required, and associated time and cost.
