Cityview Dental was founded by Dr. Hammad Afif and Dr. Angelo Poulos with its focus on cosmetic and general dentistry, as well as periodontal treatment.
Dr. Patricia Liu
After graduation, Dr. Patricia Liu took on a general practice residency program at the University of British Columbia in 2006. When she finished the program, Dr. Liu stayed in Vancouver for two more years to learn all the ins and outs of working in a private practice, but also to enjoy the wide mountain ranges and ocean of British Columbia. She moved back to Toronto in 2008 to join the Cityview Dental Team where she has worked since. In her spare time. She enjoys tennis, skiing, cooking, interior design and dogs.
Dr. Anand Iyer
Dr. Anand Iyer recently moved back to Toronto with his wife after working at a private practice in Dublin, Ireland. Dr. Iyer is a graduate from University College Cork (UCC) where he graduated with first class honours, the highest mark in the country of that year. As a clinician, Dr. Iyer likes to keep on top of the latest techniques, invest in better and innovative materials to improve patient health and satisfaction. Dr. Iyer recently travelled to Ghana, Africa to assess, educate and treat emergencies in the most underprivileged areas. He considers himself a world traveller that uses a lot of his experiences from Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East to help better understand and treat his patients.
Dr. Kimberly Stevens
Dr. Stevens grew up in the small city of Sarnia, Ontario and completed her education in London, Ontario at Western University over eight years. Growing up, Dr. Stevens loved learning about human biology and helping people, so dentistry was her perfect fit. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science & Physiology, winning the Gold Medal in her graduating class at Western. She then proceeded to Schulich’s School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University to obtain of her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree and graduated as class valedictorian. Dr. Stevens enjoys her career in dentistry for many reasons, one being the continuum of learning. She has taken a wide variety of courses, ranging from dental implants, Invisalign, endodontics, paediatrics, prosthetics and restorative courses, and loves to be aware of where science is headed in our field. As a general dentist, Dr. Stevens takes pride in educating her patients in oral disease prevention, but most of all, she loves getting to meet new patients and getting to know her patients and their families. When not practicing, Dr. Stevens spends most ofher time with her family. On her own time, she is usually getting outdoors for exercise and likes trying new healthy cooking and baking recipes.
Dr. Michael Landzberg
Dr. Michael Landzberg completed his dental degree at the University of Toronto in 2005 and is the proud father of a beautiful newborn son, Sax Robinson. After completing a general practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He finished his post-graduate periodontal training at the University of Toronto in 2009. Dr. Landzberg was a guest speaker at the Osteogenics 2011 Global Bone Grafting Symposium and he maintains a strong research interest and published articles on implant esthetics and new narrow implants. He is currently working on a long-term multi-centre randomized control trial on narrow implants.
